Case 1: Pale Grass, Brown Patches, and Weeds

This lawn was a very pale green when we took it on and it was full of weeds and brown patches.

What causes the problem:   Leaving your lawn untreated with pre-emergents and weed controls.
How to fix it: We started this lawn on a regular program which started with pre-emergents, weed controls and a potassium fertilizer. Each treatment is different and addresses what the lawn needs at different times of the year.
How long it took to fix: 3 months

Case 2: Every Conceivable Weed Possible

The grass had clover, crabgrass, dandelions; every conceivable weed possible.

How to fix it: We started this lawn on a regular program - 1x/8 weeks. Each treatment is different and addresses what the lawn needs at different times of the year.

Case 3: Thin and Unhealthy Appearance

Condition before treatment: Very thin. Lawn looked unhealthy and had bad color.
Condition after eight treatments and an Aeration & Overseeing: Thick, even, lush, and green.

Case 4: Discoloration, with Weeds and Thinning

Condition before treatments: We started in early spring when the lawn was just coming out of dormancy. However you can see the discoloration, weeds and thinning, especially along the curb.
Condition after six - seven treatments: Thick, consistent color, very lush.
